Various Medical Projects- Completed in excess of 40 projects at Kaiser Permanente's Los Angeles and San Diego Medical Center.  Projects included remodels of departments, installation of medical equipment, structural and mechanical work.

Los Angeles MTA Subway / Building Remodel- Partial demolition of an 8 story, occupied medical building to accommodate a portion of the Los Angeles MTA subway station. Through coordination with the Metro Transit Authority, the Los Angeles Department of Water & Power and the Owner of the building, the exterior subgrade cast-in-place wall, the fire sprinkler manifold system and domestic water supply were relocated.

Hospital Mechanical Upgrade- A major MEP conversion from a boiler to heat exchanger system on an occupied six story hospital building.

Casa de las Campanas Retirement Facility- Multiple projects within this operating facility include a new Alzheimer Unit with underground parking, Skilled Nursing Facility Remodel and New Site Parking. Mr. Mony’s responsibilities include coordination of the CUP process, the management of design through construction documents, the General Contractor selection process and management of construction. In addition to Construction Management related responsibilities, and due to relocation requirements of residents, staff and parking, Mr. Mony maintains resident / staff communications through regular meetings and posted updates for the facility.

Gateway Gardens- This project consisted of a new 66 unit Assisted Living Facility in Poway, California.  Daily Owner representation was needed to facilitate the quagmire of site related issues surrounding this project.  With the encounter of "blue" rock, underground water, and utility company entitlements, there were extensive scheduling and cost control challenges.

Seacrest Village Master Plan- This Master Plan Expansion will consist of an Alzheimer Facility, 48,000 square foot Independent Living Expansion, 12 Independent Cottages and a 2 phase remodel to the existing Skilled Nursing Facility.  Previous services include the administration of the Master Plan through the entitlement process, and the Phase 1 completion to the SNF under OSHPD jurisdiction.  Mr. Mony managed the Seacrest Village Garden Court under the “multiple-prime” contract delivery model, which consisted of shear wall / seismic detail upgrades on a 97 unit Independent Senior Living Residence.

Los Angeles Unified School District- After the largest bond issue in the State was secured, the LA Unified School District went to work on new schools, and the repair of existing schools.  Mr. Mony has provided pre-construction services to the District, including Ramona, Jefferson, and Commonwealth Elementary schools.
