Woodland Hills Call Center
Located in Woodland Hills, California, this Call Center
services Kaiser Permanente's Valley Member Service Area with 250 staff stations,
new equipment and infrastructure. This facility was constructed in only 6
months following the date plans were submitted to plan check. This was
enabled by a special arrangement with OSHPD that allowed construction to proceed
and receive inspections while plan review and permits were in process.
