Woodland Hills Parking Structure

Built for Kaiser Permanente as part of their Woodland Hills Medical Center, this Parking Structure accommodates 2,270 cars on its 4 levels. It is approximately 703, 961 square feet in size, and is located directly adjacent to the Medical Center.

To build this new structure, an existing parking structure was demolished. The new building was constructed as a cast in place, post-tensioned concrete structure, on precast piles. The cladding system is comprised of sandblasted precast concrete column covers and spandrels, ornamental grills, and metal panel covers on some beams.

Office areas include a Security Office with lobby, reception area, work area, conference room, locker room, toilet room and shower room.

The Parking Structure was a finalist in the Los Angeles Business Council’s 23rd Urban Beautification Awards, Mixed Use Commercial / Residential Category.
