Located in Rancho Bernardo, California,
Casa de las Campanas is an operational continued care retirement community,
consisting of Independent Living, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing
facilities. Currently, this community has multiple projects in progress.
These projects include:
- Health
Care Center: A 2340 s.f. remodel
of the existing Skilled Nursing Facility under OSHPD jurisdiction. This
includes a remodel and space function changes of offices and foyer into a new
serving kitchen and satellite dining space, toilet rooms, a new main entry and
an activity center.
- South
Parking Lot: Development of the existing
temporary parking area including a Geogrid retaining wall, and ADA access from
main facility located above.
- Special
Care Residence (Alzheimer Unit): Construction of an 18 unit, 27
bed, 14,669 s.f. SCR space, 25,074 s.f. underground parking area, secured
facility. Completion of this project requires relocation of existing
parking, resident and staff facilities.
Intelisyn is providing a number of services
for Casa de las Campanas, including coordination of the CUP process, management
of the schematic design development through CD’s, the General Contractor
selection process, as well as on-site construction management.
