Casa Norte Addition
Part of the Casa de Manana retirement facility located in La Jolla, California, the Casa Norte Addition is a 13 million dollar, Type V, multi-family residential addition. The project includes 39 living units totaling approximately 57,500 square feet. Additionally, a 15,000 square foot parking structure with room for 39 automobiles was erected. Related site improvements (32,500 square feet), and the demolition of 34 existing units and 2 cottages added to the project. Finally, a new, larger Central Plant was constructed to service the facility.
The project was completed within a 15 month construction schedule. Intelisyn provided both preconstruction and construction management services for this project. The total service duration encompassed 27 months.
