Located in Poway, California the Los Arcos Senior Apartments were constructed as an addition to an existing Retirement Housing Foundation facility, and are situated directly next door to the Gateway Retirement Community and Gateway Gardens Assisted Living Facility.
This two story, 83-unit structure is constructed around two spectacularly landscaped open-air courtyards creating the unique ambiance of a Spanish style community. Each apartment includes a full kitchen with appliances, individual heating and air conditioning with some units offering features for mobility and sensory impaired residents.
Facility amenities include two courtyards, laundry, community and computer
rooms.
