Seacrest Village

Intelisyn is current providing services on multiple projects within this facility. Information, renderings and photos pertaining to these, as well as previously completed projects, appears below.

Residential Alzheimer Facility- A new 16,000 square foot facility consisting of 24 residences set within the existing Seacrest Village Campus.

Skilled Nursing Renovation- A partial renovation to the 20,800 square foot fully occupied Skilled Nursing Facility. This project includes a complete nurse call system upgrade, new resident room entryways, a complete common area lighting upgrade, bathing room renovations, and a complete renovation to the Nurse Station area and hair salon.

Master Plan Expansion Development- The Seacrest Village Master Plan includes the addition of a 15,000 square foot Fitness and Aquatics Center complete with workout facility, swimming pool, spa and multipurpose area. Also, an Assisted Living Building addition consisting of 34 residences and shared common outdoor spaces will be incorporated into the campus. Other planned projects are the completion of Independent Living Cottages consisting of 13 additional residences, and a utility relocation effort to include electrical service and cooling tower relocation.

Garden Court Project: This project consisted of a 97 unit Independent Senior Living Residence and shear wall / seismic detail upgrades. A cosmetic remodel, and some structural and mechanical upgrades were completed to this facility as well.
