Seacrest Village (Current Projects) Phase I Utility & Loading Dock Relocation; Design & Permit Process Owner: Seacrest Village Retirement Communities Contractor: DPR Construction, Inc. Architect: SGPA Planning & Architecture Project Budget: $4.5 million
The Loading Dock and utility infrastructure currently supporting the campus will be relocated to the south side of the campus including re-configuration of the existing emergency driveway to the skilled nursing center; addition of a new Emergency Generator and Cooling Tower; relocation of the loading dock drive aisle and delivery truck access point; retaining walls and landscaped areas. An additional 3,800 sf storage building will be added to the South side of the existing Independent living structure which will also support the loading dock function.
Phase II Independent Living Facility & Vitality Center; Design Phase Owner: Seacrest Village Retirement Communities Contractor: TBD Architect: SGPA Planning & Architecture Project Budget: $19 million
A thirty unit, two story, 44,600 square foot Independent Living Facility, two story 12,729 square foot Ottenstein Vitality Center consisting of a fitness center, swimming pool and a multi-purpose room. Includes associated retaining walls, site work and utility infrastructure.
