The Internext Group embarked on this 10 million dollar, 5 story building
as part of an
expansion to the existing continuing care residential community. Over 69,000 square feet in
size, this facility is constructed of cast-in-place concrete and steel frame at the top
level.
Adjacent remodeled areas include beauty shop, exercise
room and conference / dining spaces. Exterior work was completed at the skilled
nursing facility. Some minor street improvement work was also required.
The retirement campus remained in full operation during the
construction phase.
Intelisyn provided 12 months of preconstruction and
18 months of construction
services for this project.
