This 375,791 square foot project is currently in construction and includes 174 independent living apartments, comprised of one, two and three bedroom floor plans; a 14 unit Alzheimer’s wing and a pool and fitness center. Common areas include resident lounges, a library, areas for multi-purpose use, crafts, meetings, barber/beauty shop areas, restaurant-style dining rooms plus administrative service and support areas over a 180 parking space subterranean garage.
